Boss Biotch...how light heavy can I lift for arm muscles? Is ten pound heavy enough?
I swear five pounds gets heaven pretty quick still on some exercises.
Any weight is resistance training. Even your body weight is resistance, depending on the exercise. Do not overdo it. If you're doing circuits, start the first circuit with a heavier weight, and drop down to a lighter weight if necessary for the next one.

Why? Do you want me to get hypothermia and die? It's bad enough that there is no way to close the swamp cooler and the freezing air will be blowing in right on top of me.
What do you mean by close the swamp cooler?
You can't block it off so the cold air doesn't blow in?

I need to get woke on how to make it happen easier and quicker.
It’s 80% diet….when inwoudl diet for a show I was 16 weeks out and cut out all refined carbs and ate a ton of fish, brown rice, boiled chicken, and green beans…steamed. Sorry Kiki….but you have beautiful abs…I was eating 1.1 grams of protein per pound of lean body weight. It actually was easy until the end when everything was taken away and I was cookoo
