Actually, Chocolate is a major food group.

Okay, it's supposed to be up in the low 90s again today with high humidity and thunderstorms so I went out early for a half hour hike where I managed to bump a deer while climbing up one small ridge behind our property. Think I was startled as she was.

I'll try to get another walk in later if lightning bolts aren't dancing around my head, otherwise I will be getting the rest of my exercise cleaning house.

I may attempt my low impact PT exercises later for my neck and shoulders.
