You don't have to keep me on the chart. I will continue to follow along somewhat but I will probably not do the specific stuff daily. I kinda have my own excercise stuff and routines I know I need to do based on my own goals and needs. And I'll do what I want when I want based on how much other extra I have done that day like weed whacking push mowing and shoveling dux poo.

I had to clean the duck tank. That entails dragging a long hose, rolling back up said hose, lots of walking back and forth, fluffing up bedding with a hoe, carrying out buckets of nasty wet stuff...which I had to do double time so they would be light weight..I'm still on lifting restriction.

So yep. I call it extra! Lol.
I'm supposed to be resting.

But I cannot just sit around it drives me nuts.

I don't mind playing if I can do my own thing. Not saying I will never do some stuff posted here but considering I've now lost over 50lbs over the the last 2 years I think doin my own thang has been working pretty good for me.
