Go someplace in the nearest town and drive a mile down a nice flat street. Note in your head where the mile begins and ends. Start at block one. Walk two blocks, jog one block, repeat until you reach the end of the block.
Do that for a week to ten days, then you will be walking a block, jogging a block, repeat.
Do you see what I'm getting at? Pretty soon you will be jogging more than you are walking as you build up your strength. Combined with a good diet, say 14-1600 calories a day and the weight will drop off you.
When you master that, move on and find yourself a street with a few hills on it and do the same progression.
We did this training with our bikes. Hated hills but hills make you strong.
Congratulations to everyone who is exercising daily and watching what you eat...no, don't watch it as you spoon or fork it into your mouths, really be conscious of what you are eating. It's not hard and trust me you don't want to wind up in a nursing home because you are old and fat to put it bluntly.
Now's the time to get moving!
