I know 7lbs don't sound like much. In the beginning I didn't get too excited about losing the first 5-10. But now I realize I should've been excited. I have two little 3lb weights and just holding those in my hands walking for a while and then putting them down I realize what a difference even 6lbs makes.

I get excited for every couple I lose. I look at it this way: a bag of flour weighs 5#. Try carrying that around all day, it gets exhausting! I lost that and more With more to come!
