On this Hula hoop ---
If it's in sections can you tell me - if I buy the one with most sections can i just leave off a section to make it smaller - so then add sections if a larger adult wanted to use it ?

It's actually easier to use if it's larger. I've never tried it with sections removed, but from what I see it's much harder the smaller it gets. My 9 year old uses mine (like that one) just fine. But yes, you can make it whatever size you like.
