I got me a new hoop like yours. I am thinking it is slightly heavier than mine! It's nice and sturdy. I like it.
The padding on my other one has kind of shrunk up a bit I think from being left out in the sun.
So warning to ya hoopers... Take your hoops inside don't leave them out.

Does everyone know their cholesterol numbers?
I believe I get mine checked next week. If it's not next week it's the week after. I have not had these numbers checked since a month before I quit smoking.
I cannot wait to see if the numbers are drastically different or not from the last test.

I have no idea, I've never had it checked.

Did extra yesterday and got sunburnt. Doing extra today and tomorrow. I saw myself on camera in a zoom call earlier so I'll be drinking nothing but water and eating tuna, rice, and eggs for the rest of my life. lol And working out.

I think you're supposed to be dressed on those calls!
