The unhealthy part of my dinner is surrounded by healthy stuff so it has become healthy😁
 
Off the BYC grid this week so far due to 3 plus work deadlines. 1 done 2 to go plus other personal deadlines. Pomodoro method (25 minute timer with 5 minute breaks) until I get this stuff done. Even during 5-10 minute breaks I'm working on personal deadline. Microwave timer method on breaks from breaks ...Haha...example: If you put your soup or coffee in MW for a 90 seconds then wash a few dishes while you wait for the timer -- Sort of an implementation of how to eat an elephant - Just One Bite (JOB).

If I haven't been kicked out yet then I have done my workout for today - stretches and planks.

Work has been very stressful and aggravating and unfortunetly I have been eating that stress. I have gained a few pounds and have not worked out in a few days. I really need a good kick in the rear! Any volunteers?
Don’t live in your past…process not perfection! Don’t stress over thing you no longer have control of and focus your efforts on kicking the crap out of a workout. You never regret the workout that’s done. Get after it. You can do this!!
