as part of cleaning my bedroom, i found my weights and other stuff and set them out. i did some arm thingies before bed last night. at least 20 reps of your 3 plus a few more.
I added you for day 1.

Rolled outta bed about a half hour ago. I'm not feeling anything at all, didn't want to overdo it yesterday but maybe I should have done more🤔
Same. My as are not sore like I thought they be. I've done the thigh video already.
I will do extra and do all four arm workouts again today.
 
I'm excited to see what @Kiki is going to pull up for leg day.
I am older with a recently f ed grandma hip so I need to be careful. I decided I will do easier leg stuff for now until I get used to it so I don't get hurt hurt.

If you professionals want to come up with an easy-ish quick leg workout I'll add it to day 2's video.
