Also want to report that I'm being a good influence on my husband. He is overweight and needs to lose about 30 lb, but I don't bug him about it. He talks about how he needs to get started on a workout regimen all the time. He likes the fact that I'm taking some time for myself and working out every day. He even did a 5-minute workout with me after we got home from a weiner roast yesterday.
