I'm a recovered vegan and I don't plan on relapsing anytime soon.

I'm kinda mixing a few things. I restrict my nutrients and starve myself on keto because of carb counting. I don't think I'll lose weight on Mediterranean. I don't know what hallelujah diet is.

My plan is to eat a diet similar to keto, no: noodles, rice, breads, sugared stuff. But I'm going to eat TONS of veggies, and since I'm not carb counting I can really get full. I'm also going to eat yogurt, broth, or grapefruit before each meal. I'm also going to IF.
Do you have a Fitbit?

Yes/No, I was given one but I don't like how ugly it is. I can barely stand wearing a cheap little archaic watch.
Just wear it for a week.
Don't do anything extra either and report back what your daily step count/active mins are.
