Do you have a Fitbit?I'm a recovered vegan and I don't plan on relapsing anytime soon.
I'm kinda mixing a few things. I restrict my nutrients and starve myself on keto because of carb counting. I don't think I'll lose weight on Mediterranean. I don't know what hallelujah diet is.
My plan is to eat a diet similar to keto, no: noodles, rice, breads, sugared stuff. But I'm going to eat TONS of veggies, and since I'm not carb counting I can really get full. I'm also going to eat yogurt, broth, or grapefruit before each meal. I'm also going to IF.

Fitbit used to make a tracker called the Fitbit One. It was designed to clip on trousers, bra, socks, top ect..
My mum had one and really liked it.
