My legs do not hurt but boy my arms do. Actually not so much my arms as my side boob chest area... Whatever the heck that area is called.

When I started planking I thought I would die, after I could hold a plank for four minutes and not break a sweat they felt very ineffective. I did crunches after that, it felt better than planks.This dork just said.. planks are not that challenging.
