Heading over my sister's house now to watch the meteor shower!Okay Okay, sorry for the late check in. Worked in the garden for 30 minutes harvesting squash and man handling vines around and just got in from walking in our pasture for about 20 minutes. Brisk walk....actual helping my husband look for a downed RC airplane in our timber and it was getting dark so that meant walk fast!
It's been so danged hot here heat index 105+ today that I couldn't get out in the afternoon like I wanted and had to take my activities in two sessions. Even so, still sweating like Sigourney Weaver in an Alien movie which is what I'm watching right now, LOL
Will probably walk another 15 minutes or so later when it is dark if DH and I decide to hike out to the pasture later to watch for the Persied meteor shower.

Yes mom.Remember to stretch a lot with all this exercise. It'll make things a lot easier.
I used to stretch all the time, I could hold my leg straight up in the air for minutes at a time. Now I can barely do a splits.
Anyways, stretching along with getting plenty of protein (and less junk food) and sleep will help you to build muscle and become stronger, and will also help you to loose weight if that's your goal.
I literally just got done with my stretching! My hamstrings are very tight, always have been (no nasty comments now)!Remember to stretch a lot with all this exercise. It'll make things a lot easier.
