Done! Today was leg day for me. I dread leg day but it burns the most calories because you are working large muscles. Post workout protein shake is a good treat after

Gloating time for me(not being smug, just really happy😁) I lost five pounds!!!!:celebrate:wee Not just this week by the way. It's been a journey but I'll take anything I can get. It's been hard too, not eating the chips and sugar I crave. I'll tell ya though. The sugar cravings have seriously diminished. I used to eat Honey Bunches of Oats for breakfast a lot(my fav). I switched to Grain Berry cereals awhile ago, I put strawberries or a banana in it, delish. Anyways, I had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats the other day, it was so sweet, I almost couldn't finish it. We can do this people!! We ARE doing this!
