I didn't look at the mold count for NE Missouri but the rag weed is getting ready to bloom for sure here. Usually mold bothers me in the winter time.

I just wish I could get my ears and throat to stop itching.

1st set, 4 rounds of each:
50 double unders
10ea Dead lifts @ 95lbs, 185, 185, 205 (these were touch and go, keep bar moving)
10 bicep curls each side @25 lbs

2nd set, 4 rounds of each:
1 min bag
50 double unders
5 dead lifts @ 225 (these were individual, rest after each lift)

Finishing with a 7 min ab workout with my buddy Jeff and a few stretches.

Well, it was Cincinnati Zoo but then they got rid of Harapan, their Sumatran Rhino. The Columbus Zoo is very nice, I love their rhino and okapi. But I did just go to the Nashville Zoo. Very visually appealing but not many different animals. Which was your favorite?

Nice! The San Diego zoo is probably my favorite. I love the Bronx zoo too, they have Fossas, my favorite animal! The Basel zoo is also really nice, and I actually used to volunteer there when I was little. I loved that. The Syracuse zoo is nice too, but it's smaller than the other ones.

I didn't get much of nothing where I live specifically. But lots of places fairly near to me did.

Full disclosure, I posted this while I was waiting for my ab video to load and my shop wifi went full retard, so I ended up doing some crunches, side plank leg circles and stretches. Hardly qualifies as a Jeff Cavalier workout, but it was something.
