Hate to report but I was bad today. No exercising. My allergies were driving me crazy. Nose itching, sneezing throat itching, ears itching. Every time I went out it hit me when I came back in so I just threw up my hands in defeat and took benedryl which are just now starting to kick in, in time for bed no less.

Promise tomorrow I'll try again.

I finally had to go out and take care of the chickens so I wore a surgical mask. They were making so much noise I couldn't figure out if they were scared of me or chicken laughing at me.

Came in and now my eyes are itching like crazy so I took two more Benedryl. Oh well, it's almost time to go to bed anyway.
