Yes I just did some leg stretches with a light band while lying on the mat and also a really chunky foam roller up and down the posterior. I might need to look into one of those mats you have with the pokie things on it 🤷‍♀️
I've only used it twice so far.
I plan on using it daily. I like it so far.
