Also, the other day I found an incredibly ridiculous one which I attempted to upload, it failed over and over.
I tried another (rainbow pony :oops: ) one and it worked first try.

Sometimes it depends on how the gif/fig is saved. You can do a Google and find the one you want and then BYC is like, "No, not that one. I don't like the extension. Find another one!"
 
Toning and building are two very different things (I'm going to use core for example but this goes for all muscle groups). If you don't have abs or core strength you break down your muscles and then let them rest, this is building. If you have abs and core strength but you also have some fluff covering them up then you workout everyday, you don't tear up your muscles you do light weight repetitive excersise and cardio.

You can mix endurance and strength muscles. I want endurance muscles in my arms, core and legs. I want strength muscles in my glutes and inner thighs. I do extra everyday but I do different types of extra for different muscles for different outcomes.
Exactly. You can workout everyday in some capacity. Yesterday was very heavy legs and back for me. Today will be more chest and arms. Cardio never gets a break if I can muster up the gumption.
