I wasn't comparing the two. We just don't make spicy stuff that often, so we don't have a whole lot of spicy flavoring stuff.
And please don't ever write an entire sentence where every word has the first letter capitalized, please. That is not proper English.
 
When I was at school, I did what they call "chef skills" which is a reasonably advanced course of cookery lessons.

Each week our group had the same recipe to follow ect. When the whole classroom was filled with kids cutting onions, it was like..

Apparently sucking a teaspoon helps but I've never tried it.
I just chop happily until my eyes start burning too much. Then I stumble half-blind (or totally blind) over to the sink and rub my eyes with the backs of my wrists (which are onion-free).
I try to remember to put the knife down before doing this, but I sometimes forget. Good thing that I'm usually the only one in the kitchen.

Ok, here we go again. 12 rounds, 1 min work 30 secs rest. 4 of each:
80 double unders
1 min bag
Then alternated between abs and squats with a 20 lb kettlebell in each hand.

I need to be careful I don't slack. If I do something sloppy on the bag, I'll switch to technique to work on it instead of keeping my pace up and working on it later. (Pro tip for giving yourself permission to lolly gag, lol).

Next: alternating sets of 5:

Deadlift 1 set each @ 185, 205, 225, 245
Clean and jerk @ 95

I was good to keep going, but we had my mother in law and grand daughter for the day. Great grandma had to get back to the home for supper and I had to watch the peanut in the meantime so my workout got cut a bit short.

I almost forgot to do today's video but I just got it done and I only cheated a tiny bit.
I also did day one arms already once.
I have not yet finished 10 times on the bike but I've done five or six times so far.
