Planks, push ups...anything in that position is a big no no for me. One top of it killing my chest it kills my old granny wrists.
You could get workout gloves to help your wrists. The kind that wrap around the wrist is what I use. I injured my left wrist years ago and right when I need it to work extra, it tends to give out. The correct gloves help support and give strength. Let me get a picture of mine, hold
