3 sets of curls, descending weight (10, 5, 3)
And tossed the medicine ball back and forth with the family for about 20min (I didn't time it, but we quit before we got too tired and beamed someone in the face on accident 😆) I think it's an 8lb ball, maybe 10.
I'm going to do some yoga before bed too, it really seems to help me sleep better.
I used to think yoga wasn't really "working out". But then I took a small yoga class, man, you can sweat! And different kinds of yoga can really relax you
 
I keep eyeballing this brand new set of wrist weights at the thrift store...I thought they were unreasonably priced until I looked them up today...now I wish I had bought them the last 3 times I saw them.
I found the other ball I had stashed.
It's an 8 pounder too.
And I found a one pound set of wrist weights!
 
I'm thinking new sheet each month.
Or maybe just a new tab each month. We will keep track for a whole year and see how we do.
