I used to think yoga wasn't really "working out". But then I took a small yoga class, man, you can sweat! And different kinds of yoga can really relax you3 sets of curls, descending weight (10, 5, 3)
And tossed the medicine ball back and forth with the family for about 20min (I didn't time it, but we quit before we got too tired and beamed someone in the face on accident) I think it's an 8lb ball, maybe 10.
I'm going to do some yoga before bed too, it really seems to help me sleep better.
