I have one more ball somewhere and I think it's a 10-pounder I just need to find it.

I need that little fat dog in my life! I would cuddle the absolute shiz out of him! Hims the most precious baby ever!

Also I did my extra yesterday. Tanning after work today even though it ridiculously hot outside and then probably go home and water some birds and cook and clean and do some extra work out after I use the treadmill and some other stuff.

Extra is done. Decided to spice it up after I did a couple of my workout videos and went out behind the chicken coop and started clearing the brush that's been bugging me. I didn't get too far (20 min or so) before I developed this whopper blister on my palm. My new brush sword has a handle that's not contoured for comfort.

Why yes, I did. Just recently, in fact. Exactly what my husband said when I came in the house and showed him.

I haven't slacked off, honestly! I was sick for a day and a half. I have no idea what it was, but I had a low temp and slept plus spent a lot of time in the bathroom if you get the drift. Not exposed to anything or anybody so I'm just shrugging and saying 'eh' and carrying on business as usual.

Still doing my gardening as exercise and actually got a couple of good long walks at a fast pace which lead to a flare of knee pain.

Why am I starting to feel picked on?

I won't be walking for a few days. I have medicine that I'm starting tonight for my arthritis flare so I'm giving it a chance to kick in but yes, I am still on the exercise wagon, just dragging a foot at the moment.
