Yeah..I can't do very much of those types. I'm working on it..but it makes me hurt where my rib was broken.
I still haven't been able to watch it or do it yet.
I might have to pick a different one for today for myself.


Also this morning when I was bringing the mini to school he complained about his legs being sore from gym class yesterday.

I told him to learn to love the burn and we both peed in our pants.
He said Kiki you've been watching too many videos.
 
Thursday workout done already --- I did a machete workout in the Lazy Garden this morning to weed what has never ever been weeded. Some weeds are taller than me since I didn't mow there because I wanted to find the butternut squash hiding in the jungle.

Cannot say it’s extra (because I am the only one who ever bothers), but daaaang look at the pet hair. And my girl just presiding over it like “yeah, so?”
 
I will need to find something else my arms are shot and I need to bench again tomorrow. Hopefully my hula hoop comes today 🤞

My inner thighs are on fire today and that is crazy.
The inner thigh video was the day before yesterday.
Maybe in part just from being on my feet everyday this week after being off for so long? 💁🏻‍♀️
 
A comedy of errors today! So many I should number them. 🤣

As usual, started the boxing timer and began with 80 double unders. As usual I trip a couple of times on the first round finding my mojo, but between skipping and getting to the mat to do abs it seemed like a really short break. I figured it was from screwing up skipping and carried on. Did abs, then put my gloves on for the bag, noticed that the timer went really soon again, barely had my gloves on. Still didn't clue in. Then I did curls with a 20lb kettlebell in each hand and moved to the bench for quad extensions. At that point I realized that was my 5th excercise, not 4th! Ok, I can fix this, I'll reset the timer when it finishes and do 3 more rounds, so 3 sets of each. I'm such a bonehead! 😂🤣😂

Can't say exactly when I realized that my youngest had picked a different profile on the timer when we were both out the other day. Instead of my usual, it was 1 min work 20 sec rest for 15 rounds, so it worked out perfectly. I should have reduced my rest time already, but I've been lazy.

So: 15 rounds 1 min work, 30 sec rest, 3 sets of each:
80 double unders
1 min abs (30 sec crunches, 30 sec leg lifts)
1 min bag
1 min curls with 20lb kettlebells
1 min quad extensions @ 95lbs

After that dumpster fire, I went back to the bag and did 10 minutes of technique, then some deadlift and hold for 20 seconds @ 225 lbs. For that I restarted the timer, but used it backwards. The one minute work was slow deliberate technique, and the 20 second rest was the deadlift and hold for 20 seconds. 10 rounds of that was enough.

Did a few stretches and called it a day.
