Well I didn't exactly pick up dumbbells to accomplish my second round of extra.

Had to catch some feral cockerels and of course that last one was the fightingest stupidest fastest one of em all. After chasing him for what was at least 45 minutes of running climbing and smacking my face through spider webs, he dove into the grape vines

Got to crawl (in the dark) through these nasty vines and all their little monster friends.

Thursday workout done - just squats and stretching with some other unnamed leg exercises. I just do them every time I think I need to sit down and watch a show or if there's a commercial break or over lunch. I'll do more stretching.
