I think I forgot to say it but I did my extra for today! 40min/10mile/300cal spin, maybe I jumped up too fast from my usual 20min spin but now I'm really feeling that burn!

Good news. The vet is more inclined to think it's some kind of leg injury. She told me to keep a sharp eye out, make sure Maisy doesn't start throwing up or have other concerning signs. She does look better this afternoon. She's walking around a little, ate some food, and pooped.

How ya liking the hoop so far?

It is a good workout. And I like being outside while I hoop. The dogs still think I’m crazy.

Probably too late now but rubbing the screw threads with a bar of soap or wax will make them go in easier. They do sell proper sized bits that will fit your drill.

Didn’t know about the soap on the threads. The head of the drill was too big to fit the space. I had the right size bit. The shank needed to be longer.

Me too. I feel like I got some gray hairs today.
She perked up a lot in the vet's office, probably the excitement of seeing new people and all the smells. It initially made me feel like I overreacted in bringing her, but remembering how she was all morning before the appointment, just laying on the floor trembling with pain... It was the right decision.

Never second guess being a concerned fur mom! You were clear with your concern and thank goodness…you got GOOD NEWS!!!
So glad for you. Fingers crossed she continues to improve.
