Friday workout done - hiking and field survey work at Slide Rock State Park near Sedona AZ
Saturday workout done - had to fix up/rearrange the mini coop and clean out, haul some stuff away to make things easier for DH and petsitters for the soon upcoming days I'm on the road again. This will make it easier for me too when I am here to do my own chores. I've got more ideas to make it easier... they will have to wait. I've also got 8 chickens to pack up next week going to a friend's farm. Making room for new juveniles to join the grown up flocks soon.

Oh man, I LOVE Sedona, AZ. It's so peaceful and beautiful there, I feel closer to God when I look out and see what He has created with the rocks

It's smelling planty. I used lavender in the henna mix, it helped with the henna smell but it left its own aroma. Last night I did my usual ACV hair rinse, I smell like a garden salad

Extra..still moving boxes from rent house back home. Lots of step up and step down from step stool in pantry and kitchen. Sister moves in to the rent house on Friday.

This morning put a turkey in the oven to roast for lunch.
Helped sort calves for the boys to take to town.
Put a pan of cornbread in the oven to make dressing and BIL called. His trailer had a flat. Hubby was in front trailer with all the gear for changing the flat AND he did not carry his phone. Turned off oven and grabbed 4 ways, jack, stock boards and a cheater bar and headed out to his location. Get 1/2 way there (15 minutes on the road) and he called…flat changed and back on the road. They get home two hours later…roast turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, seasoned green beans, sliced tomatoes and pumpkin pie.

Hula hooped today too.
I‘m down 10 pounds working out with ya’ll.

I laughed A LOT yesterday = an extra
I did the 5 pound 5 minute arm video last night and I'm doing it again now.
