Don't wait too long to process those big boys

    Just a word of advice. I was letting two Roosters Cornish X's grow out huge. I was going to process them shortly for a thanksgiving dinner. They were about 12 weeks old and monstrous.

    Well due to their size they both pass away from what I think were heart attacks. One on Sunday and one today.

    Looks like Turkey will be on the menu again.

    Yeah, I've actually had a cornish get tough too!!! They don't even move that much!
