This little fella started crowing (sorta!) this morning, so cute! He's about 8" tall to the top of his back, with very yellow legs. We got him with what-we-were-told-were marans, and some barred rock chicks. Can you help us out?

At about 8" high to the top of his back, would he be a 'bantam' or just a young standard? Thanks for replying!
Young standard most likely. 8" is way too large for a bantam Barred Plymouth Rock.
