4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled, and chopped into small pieces 2 cans rotel tomatos 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken 1 8oz bag shredded cheese (I like cheddar) 1 13oz bag of nacho cheese doritos Pour doritos into a 9x13 baking dish. Smush down just a bit to make it flat. I only use about 3/4 of the bag. Spread chopped chicken on top of doritos. Mix rotel and soup and pour on top of chicken. Spread cheese over the whole thing and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. You can tell it's done because it gets all bubbly and the cheese melts evenly. We like to add jalapenos chopped up into the casserole or a red onion. We like it hot!
