Dosage advice

I have found some signs of respiratory illnesses in my flock I have 20 chicks from tractor supply they are 10 weeks old already with my trio kikirikis who I had bought from someone i thought was trusty didn’t quarantine one and now she is sounding very raspy little bit of runny nose and not I can see my roo is getting a little runny nose probably me going crazy I got some Tiaguard and just wanting to know how do I find out how much to add to water or how to use would love and appreciate all the help been crying bout these chicken all day
