Dosage for B complex for adult duck?

You can mix it into some yummy treat? And you really need to pick him up and look at his foot and leg if it’s bumble foot you may have to get that core out staff can travel into the joints and eventually to the bone which can kill them. I guess If your soaking in ES your picking him up right?

Yes, but I’m usually flying solo, so I can’t see the bottom of his foot while I do it. He’s a big ol boy so it takes everything I have to hold him haha

Until he isn’t limping if it’s an injury the liquid b and rest is the best way to get him over this. As long as he walks a lot it will take longer . And I hope you can get someone to help you hold him so you can get a good look at his foot and determine whether the swelling in his leg has or hasn’t anything to do with the bumble foot. You can try wrapping him in a large towel place him on his back on your lap butt facing away then check his feet out real good.

I am going to see if my husband can hold him tomorrow while I look him over. My husband absolutely hates to hold him and mess with him, which is why I usually fly solo. Bingo is a little hard to handle sometimes. I thought about wrapping his entire leg while I was at it, but I didn’t know if it would be beneficial.

Thank you for the advice! I am going to start treatment when I put him up tomorrow afternoon, so my dog doesn’t try to eat his food with the vitamin!

I wouldn’t wrap for now because of swelling you don’t want to cut off circulation in case it swelled more than it is now.

I just want to make sure before I do it, I tried to give him a speacial treat with the b complex in it and he wasn’t having it in the slightest. Is it okay to mix 3 ml in a gallon of water and let them both have access to it? Or should I give a lower dose since it’s only 1 gallon of water?

I’d give them Half gal. And let them drink it all before putting out more water,if that’s the only way you can get it in him keep it at 3ml and they will splash out a lot so he isn’t going to get his full dose this way. Did you try mixing it into a dish of feed and just sit it out for the day? No treats just this feed?
