Dosage for Poultry Nutri-Drench?

Hi. I just bought Poultry Nutri-Drench to put in my birds' water. It has the dosage on the back, but it says it all in ounces and it's kinda confusing! The bottle came with a dropper to measure the Nutri-Drench, but it's not marked like a syringe! So what is the dosage? Thanks!

Alright, I got the dosages, I think.
These are right, right?

1-4 days old= 4 oz (per gallon)
5-14 days old= 12 tsp or 4 tbsp
2-4 weeks= 6 tsp or 2 tbsp
4-6 weeks= 3 tsp
6+ weeks= 1.5 tsp

I just dosed and since I have older hens and 8 week old chicks I did the 1.5 tsp per gallon...turned the water dark and I will probably clean out the waters today and maybe add ACV next week.
