dosage rate for Avitrol Plus wormer

I'm unsure how to dose my chickens with Avitrol Plus wormer syrup given the dosage rate seems to be applicable for smaller caged birds. My preference is to give in water. Does anyone use Avitrol Plus and how do they work out the dosage rate for chickens? I'm interested in using this product to ensure I cover off gape worms. thanks

I use the tablets and go at a rate of 10mg/kg praziquantel (my biggest issue has been tapeworm) and round up.

Praziquantel and levamisole have high safety margins.
