Dosage Tigard orally

Has anyone given Tiaguard orally to a chicken? I have one bird I’d like to try it with and not the whole flock or in water. I have read you can do it orally in syringe but a lot of different answers on how to dose that. Any help is greatly appreciated

First of all, Tiagard, Denagard, and tiamulin are normally given in the water, and tastes very bad. Look at post 3 by castportpony for direct oral dosage:
