Dosing vitamin B12 for 6 week old bantam Cochin chick. How much should I give?

I picked up vitamin B12 pills tonight for my sick bantam cochin chick, and I need to know how much to administer. I will be doing my own research about this again in about two seconds, but I was wondering if anyone here could tell what they have given or have read is appropriate.

For bantams I'd go a little easy on it if it were me- oh and yours is a chick- so really easy!

Actually I bought b12 pills and cut them into approximate dose sizes. Drop the pieces in his mouth and he swallows them. Hopefully it will help!
