Thank you. I was so disappointed in myself. It happened so very fast! It was like as soon as he went from bending back to hunching forward the second day, it was just an hour by hour quick decline. We gave him a little burial. I am thankful though all of our other 8 silkies are doing wonderfully. And now I've got a big stash of vitamins/etc. if we ever encounter wry neck again so I don't have to waste time running to the store to get what we need.

Don't feel disappointed in yourself. You face a lot of loss with chickens. It's hard at first but it gets easier.

Vitamins are always a good idea to have on hand. You'll be prepared for anything now.
