My understanding and research says that the overdose quanities would have to be severely high dosages. The blue men were drinking gallons a day and ended up blue.Colloidal silver scares me. Thank you! I will definitely update if i do decide to use it. It seems to be a very new concept, so maybe my post was futile. So, if I have success or failures, I'll be sure to inform everyone for further analysis. I love this forum a lot! So much useful info and advice.I think many people will be against using it, and many will be for it. That's the result of people having the ability to think for themselves. Being responsible chicken owners, that is what we are supposed to do - research, weigh up pro's and cons and make informed decisions!! I know I would be grateful to you if you would update this post if you decide to use it and let us know how it goes please? I think that is a large part of what a good forum like this is for, informing us both through official researched findings and our own experiences as back yard chicken owners. We have real treatments for what ails our birds.
I've heard for immunity if they're unwell and /or maimed.Can I ask what it is you are thinking of treating with collodial silver? Just curious!
