Dots?!

What are these weird dots on the yolk? I know a thread like this was posted...but cannot find it.

It’s the red dots I am talking about. Has anyone experienced them.

Hard to tell for sure, with all the glare.
But I'd say mottled yolk, nothing to worry about.
