What is this in my egg

I cracked this egg and saw these tiny dots in it, I’m trying to figure out if this is just a normal thing that happens from time to time, if this means the egg is fertile, or if I need to fix something diet wise. I also want to double check that these are safe to eat.

It's safe to eat. I think it's just little meat spots, little flecks that come loose during egg production. It does not indicate fertility and it's nothing to worry about. You might want to have this verified by an Educator, so let's have @Eggcessive chime in. She may have more detailed info.
