Double checking Blue Guy

I have this sweet juvenile that I thought was a roo. He is not nearly as rooish as the other breeds his age. This is the oldest Orp male that I have- so kinda new with the roos. I do have a much younger buff that is soooo obviously a male. What do ya think?

And here is "his" sister- the same age from the same clutch, just for comparison:

I think that's a pullet...yeah, I think it is.

Good thing I have eggs coming- if they survive the trip!

Oh I could be wrong! However, I'm looking at your other pullet and the conformation looks the same. Also, I don't see any sickle feathers and that tailio tells the tale for me.
