Double chick

Had a chick hatch and I helped it along and it appears to have another chick attached to it. Not sure what to do

That just looks like a chick who has nt absorbed the yolk yet... Unless there is sothing else I am not seeing...it is alive?

It is alive is there anything i can do? It appears to be very strong moving around, kicking its legs, flapping its wings and chirping...

the sac appears to have feathers its so weird looking i want to get a better picture but don't want to mess with it

Wait until the cord dries up, it should fall off on it's own. If you think it's going to hurt himself by dragging or catching the "stuff" on something, you can snip the cord with some sterilized scissors and let the stump dry up and fall off.

Weird. Can't really tell from the picture, but it could have been a double yolker whose twin didn't develop.
