Double decker run?

I have a double decker coop. The chickens roost and nest on the second floor, eat on the first.

Imp-wet bar is in the basement rec room.

they have a 5x6 coop to go into, this will just give my chickens a little more room...nice to know they work though

Might want to rethink the 2x2 part i dont know if that will take the weight for very long I would go at least 2x4 on edge

You are probably right. I am not good at drawing things out, I start and figure it as I go...my dad is a contractor and I have worked with him, so I have a rough idea on how to go about it...I am gonna have 10-12 chickens tops, this will make my run 60 sq ft, so that should be enough room for that many chickens...

I think its a pretty good idea too, if you can get it right. Definantly a good use of space.

After talkign to many people about this, I have come to the conclusion that they wont use the second floor enough to justify building it...just gonna build another run/coop...
