Double Frizzle Pekin gender?

Compared to the other chicks available, this one looked like a pullet- the other roos had large combs and wattles, but compared to a smooth feather pekin pullet i got from a feed store the frizzle has a very dark red face

Just noticed something interesting, her face was a light pinky-orange this morning, until I popped her in with the other chooks, then it went bright red again! Poor thing is being picked on bad, even by the younger chicks
