Double Frizzle??

I got this little guy from Atwoods. I thought maybe he was just taken forever to feather but then I got to really looking at the poor guy... He is naked!! His back doesnt even have the feather shafts... So I am guessing he would be a frazzle??

No he was not supposed to be at all, this is what happens when you breed a frizzle to a frizzle. I just wanted some other peoples opinions on him being double frizzled.
 
poor fella just be careful with him in the heat, i live in TX to and that skin will burn easy as your aware maybe a shirt? or a shaded barn/coop out of the sun. i had a broiler bird that came to me practically bald once and he stayed in the tack room until his feathers grew back he had such horrible burns...

But there are the Naked Necks.. They are great in the heat...
