Double manual turner help

I was supposed to set eggs a couple of days ago in one of my homemade bators. I dropped a ballpoint pen on the glass and it completely shattered???

Ok so now I have the glass repaired Even added others to be able to see more, but I have MORE eggs. I'd really like to add them until I can build another bator. I was going to hand turn and changed my mind. Working on a turner frame now that I can turn from the outside. I want to make an upper level now.

Has anyone done this and how would I put it together?

If someone has done this, can you give me some info and lots of pics. I'm a little slow.

BTW this is a styrofoam cooler. In case that matters.

Thanks. I used these for the single turners. What I want to do it make 2 levels, but I'm just not visualizing one. I want to be able to double the amount of holders by connecting the turners to move one above the other at the same time, but has to fit the cooler.

I can usually figure this out on my own, but I'm stumped.

scroll about halfway down the page and look at the turner just think smaller for a cooler

I had the same issue and wanted to use all the space I could in one of the cooler bators I have. This is what I came up with... Hope this can help you!


You can see the holes in the side of the cooler that are used for the turner in a couple of the pics. It seems to work pretty good and a heck of alot cheaper than a auto turner.
