When I went to bed last night I had a pip up higher on an egg. This morning there is another pip farther down on the side of the egg. Did the chick move and pip again or do I have twins hatching? THANKS!
Since that chick is probably too large to turn itself upside down to the other end, you most likely have twins! But you will also most likely have to assist.
Hopefully they will survive long enough for the rest to hatch. Day 21 starts this morning and I have 1 chick out and 4 more eggs pipped with 23 more to still do something. I don't want to open the bator to help them and hurt all the others. Hopefully it all works out well in the end!!
