Double yolk egg

How can you tell when you candle and egg if there are two chicks inside? when I candle the egg, I see two black dots circle around a bunch of red they both react to light but not at the same time one will twitch then the other is these two chicks inside one egg? If so I know it very rare for them both to hatch but is there anything I can do to at least improve the odds of survival. currently I have a hen sitting on 5 egg three are fertile and growing including the possible twin egg.
