We've noticed the same hen have 3 eggs in 2 weeks that are double yolk. She also lays an egg everyday!! Is this harmful for her?

Not true. They are born with more ova(not embryos) then they will ever lay.I’ve been told that two yolks just mean one less egg in the long run. Egg per day means in two years she will drop production drastically as she runs out of embryos. Not harmful. Just facts. if it were double yolk eggs every day, I might be concerned as to the cause. But a couple a week for a month won’t hurt anything at all in the long run.

Overall health in the long term of bird is what determines how long they live and/or lay.
More from overall health, and reproductive system, issues that comes from laying that many eggs. Why the drop around 2 years in your 300 egg plus breeds?
