Double yolker day 17

So this is my first time trying to hatch a double yolker, and I know the chances are very slim. Last time I candled the chicks were both moving. What can I do to maybe increase my chances.

You might want to check out the hands on hatching thread, if they make it that far I doubt they could hatch on their own without a lot of difficulty. There was also a great article a few weeks ago about some general hatching tips and tricks, like adding safety pin holes for breathing and problem chick support afterwards.

Will do, the egg is completely dark but when I put a light to the top and bottom there is lots of movement.

Ya it's almost completely dark while the normal ones still have lots of space.

Day 18, I candled the egg and saw no movement. It might be that it's resting and getting ready to hatch, I will post an update later today

Most of mine have no visible movement on day 18. Just curious... Is the egg larger than the others?
