I have had my girls for just over a month now- and I have gotten two double yolked huge eggs from the leghorns. I know it is one of them because they are the only white layers I have. it isn't a problem for me or the people I sell to- just curious if it is an indication that something is amiss.

Not necessarily. It could mean they are older layers, though, as in over 18 months, at least.

My friend has three production red and the week they started laying one had a double yolker and since them has 1-2 a week, they are 9/10 months old now
